Frequently asked questions about our season tickets
- At which facilities can I rent monthly parking?
You can see which of our facilities have season ticket prices on our website here. When you search for and select the parking facility you are interested in, you will see all prices and season ticket options available at this facility. If you do not see any season ticket prices, this means that the parking facility in question does not offer season tickets.
- I want to pause my season ticket. Is that possible?
No, unfortunately not. Currently we are not able to offer this option.
- I want to cancel my season ticket. How do I do this?
You can cancel your season ticket by sending us a written notice of termination. The easiest way to do this is by filling out our digital cancellation form. As a private individual, you can confirm your cancellation using Bank ID.
- How long is the notice period when cancelling?
Start by checking your agreement. The cancellation rules will be different depending on what type of agreement you have. But in most cases, the notice period for cancelling one of our season ticket is one month. This means you will need to cancel your season ticket at least one month before the expiry of the current agreement.
- I have not yet received my paper permit. What should I do?
We will send your paper permit out so that you receive it at some point between the 15th and 22nd of each month. If you have been waiting and not yet received your permit, our customer service team will be able to help you. You can get in touch with customer service here.
- When will I receive my invoice?
This will depend on whether you have opted to receive your rental invoice via email or through the post. Electronic invoices come at the start of the month, between the 5th and the 10th. Paper invoices will arrive later, between the 15th and 22nd of each month.
